If I submit a new binary whilst 'waiting for review' do I go back to end of cue?

I've just noticed one little thing in my game I'd like to update.
My game 'Escape Artist' has been in review for 4 days now and I don't want to go back to the end of the review cue.
If I update my game and submit a new binary before the game is approved, will my game be put back to the end of the cue?

EDIT - to explain - you can't update an app that hasn't been published to the app store yet. So you'd have to reject the binary and submit a new one - which will put you to the back of the queue.
ah...well... back to the end of the queue it is...
oh and thanks for spelling queue properly... my mind was drawing a stupid blank...I kept typing, Que, cue, que, cue... Damn my futile mind!
(On a side not we should organize a London meet at some point this Summer.)
