Does gamesalad support In-App Purchases...
if so, is it only a Pro feature?

    Hi, it's on the Roadmap, so it's on it's way. My guess is it'll be a Pro feature (as it should be, in my op.)

    No, not at this time. Supposedly coming in the Summer according to the roadmap.

    I wish they also have network playing support , multiplayer game with in-app purchased will be a hit.. :P

    I'm not sure how in-app purchases are going to work with the Lodsys stuff. I'm actually glad that GameSalad took so long to add the feature. Now I'm not involved with this patent stuff.

    The Lodsys stuff hasn't gone away, but Apple seems keen to defend its developers:

    As to in-app purchases in general. I think those most excited by the idea of in-app purchases should try the old trick of 'making a good game'.

    If your game isn't good, you'll just end up making a post a few days after the release of your game called: "My game's free, and IAP sales are zero - what did I do wrong?" ;)

    Also, I'm kinda glad we don't have it, otherwise I fear everyone will go down the route Corona developers have - which penalises you unfairly unless you buy stuff in-game. Horrible route to take that...
