So anyone have any thoughts on iOS 5 im scared to update since you can't go back down. LOL i've never installed the beta builds before but I really want to for this one for some reason. LOL
I'm updated I'm backing up from my "previous iPhone" (same 1) and then I'll run it

so you couldn't just update it. you had to restore to iOS 5 and then restore your apps from a backup separately?

Yeah, that's what i did. I used XCode to restore to iOS 5, and then re-sync with iTunes to put everything back. I think you loose wallpaper and stuff like that, but mine is still in the process of restoring all the apps right now.

Oh, sorry. Yes there is a beta, I installed iTunes 10.5, then the new Xcode, then download the iOS 5 .ipsw, and restored it from Xcode, then re-sync.
Hey Guys, On my iPhone running iOS 5 wont sink automatically because it is waiting for my computer to be ready. I installed the itunes beta. Something else?

GS Viewer works fine, had to re-install it because of the restore. Everything came back up from the iTunes re-sync, didn't even lose wallpapers.
NextGen, no idea why that is happening. Did you restart after all the updates?…and I doubt it has something to do with it, but maybe install the new Xcode as well.

I don't think that's it. I'm still on Snow Leopard.
