Cannot publish my game to gamesalad please help!!

I been trying to publish my game to gamesalad but keep getting a "gamesalad server" not responding or "busy" anyone else getting this?Also i know the new version just came out and iam using the previous one could that be the problem?And dont you have to publish the game to gamesalad before uploading to apple?
