Is it possible to make a quiz style app with only one scene

I started working on a simple educational app for kids. Its a simple listen and touch the picture style app. In all I have 20 questions and 20 scenes which seems quite ridiculous and not going be great concerning loading times. Does anyone have any suggestions about using less scenes and how would I go about doing it.

yeah you can put them all in one scene. Just make sure alll your actors are non moveable, and check the numbers in the viewer every so often. As long as you dont go overboard you hsould be alright
