Custom font Score problem

Hi,
Need help please. My background triggers the amount of taps you do on the screen which works fine. So when you complete the game there is a score scene with, Score and Best Score but I'm having trouble working this out...
I want to display what you scored and show & save your previous best score, using custom fonts.
Could someone please help.
