Anybody worked with a pr firm, is it worth it, do you know any?

I just contacted triple point pr. They are yet to email. I just want to find other prs and see what other experiences have been. I watched a video about the guy who made geodefense and he said it was worth it. I have the money but I want to look around and see if its worth it.

I saw triple point on that video about geo-defense. Heard they were pretty good. Also prmac is really good, so I've heard.
