Keyboard and touchpad do not work after resuming notebook?

I got a small problem with my notebook Dell Inspiron 1520. After resuming from sleep or hibernation it takes about 5 seconds for keayboard and mouse to start working. The screen starts immediately but I cannot log in as I need to wait for my keyboard to get ready. It is not very important maybe but it gets really annoying if you close your lid as often as I do.

Anyone got any ideas?
