Contracts, Tax, and Banking... iAd Help.

Hey guys...I have been getting charged thousand of dollars from apple and I don't know why! Is it because I set up iAd network under Contracts, Tax, and Banking? If so, please tell me how to deactivate this!

This makes no sense.. why would apple charge YOU for using iads, and how can u even have thousands of dollars charged on a dev account
