Subtly changing hue/color of an actor

Is there a way to make an actor change color? I am working on a project where I want to make a sunset as time passes, but to do this well I would need many different shades of background colors. If there was a way to make an actor change hue without having to change actors or load many pictures into the project that could help a lot.

    Yes you can adjust the red green and blue hue of every actor. Also you can adjust the alpha channel. All on the fly. Use Change attribute or interpolate attribute to get your desired effect.
