Wheres my touch gestures gone?

So i just plugged my iPad in for the 1st time in like forever, it said i had an upgrade to 4.3.5, i did this and now none of the multi-touch gestures work .. like 3 finger swipe to go to next app, the closing of a hand to close an app etc etc. Anyone know what is up with that?

    First you need to go into Xcode and set the iPad to For Development.

    Then

    Go into Settings
    Select general

    On the right you should see an option to turn on multi touch gestures.
