Am i publishing right?

I press publish on game salad creator and then press test and the app downloads into iTunes and then i go to iTunes connect and upload the app i got for testing is that right?

    Once you publish;

    If adhoc, in needs to be published with a development provisioning profile, then load into iTunes, sync with phone, test and play.

    If its for appstore, publish using distribution profile, open in finder, right click, select compress, upload zip to iTunes using app loader.
