Time as Player Score

I have successfully followed TSB's video and created a timer for my latest game. Like the video, it implements a timer that includes milliseconds. When the level is complete, I would like the timer to stop and record the time it took to complete the level as the player's score.

I have an attribute that I named game.Score1 (for level 1). I have included a change attribute upon completing the level that changes the attribute game.Score1 to game.Time. When I do this and have the score displayed, it merely gives the seconds and not the full time...i.e. it will say 16 seconds as the score, rather than 00:16:43.

Any suggestions on doing this? I would appreciate any help. Thanks!

Its a little tricky to do the formatting using game.time but the great FireMapleGames has done a super demo for you. Type 'time demo' into the new project browser and choose the last project.

You may prefer to use the device clock we now have available and there is a great GS demo for that there too :) (The red LED clock one)

edit: the actor you want to look at in fmgs demo is called standard time

Unfortunately, I am still having trouble stopping the time upon completion of the level and displaying the full time (i.e. 16:35:37) as the final score. Again, the time is working perfectly, I just am unsure how to save the final time as the score.

    Anyone??
