Want Smoothe Collision

o.k I am trying to make it so when my character hits the floor he doesn't fall through. Sadly, I accomplished that to well when he hits the floor he just bounces up and down. Please help, I know there is a lot of extra space around him (Blank, Transparent space).

    to get rid of the bounce change the resitution to 0 on the actors. Its under there physics attribute

    and youll have to crop your images to not have transparent space around them, cause that will be used in the collision

    To stop the bounce you must turn down the restitution on the actors.

    Also if your image has a transparent border you will have to crop that off. GameSalad collides based on the image size. So if your image has transparency around it it will also bounce off that.

    And if you are unaware of what restitution is you need to scroll down to the bottom and click getting started. read up on the attributes in the reference library everything in that getting stared will be very helpful to you.

    K thanks guys just finished cropping now to to lower the restitution

    Make sure that both the character and the ground have restitution set to 0.
