Replicate instead of Spawn?

Hello. I am building a game that requires large amounts of spawning. It is making my iPad very slow and the game takes too long to load. Is there a way I can use replicate and keep the behaviors of the actor? As of now, I have replication working, but things like collision do not seem to work. Is this normal? Are replicated actors simply an empty actor? Thanks.

    Replicate only replicates the image. It helps with saving memory in some cases but if you need active actors it will not work for you.

    thanks. at first i got really excited because the blocks spawned instantly. but now i know they didn't really spawn. Thanks tennrdrmer.
