    RIP Mr. Jobs. What Bill Gates was to software, you were to hardware.

    Your company's inventions have changed the way people listen to music, completely changed the idea of what a cell phone was capable of, and reinvigorated the tablet PC market.

    Sure Apple has made a few design missteps(single button mouses), but in the long run these things will be forgotten compared to the things Apple made that did work.

    You've left behind a legacy that no one will ever, EVER forget Steve Jobs. Godspeed.

    It's unfortunate and a very sad day. In case any of you have not received the news, Steve Jobs has passed away. If anyone has anything they want to say, feel free to reply to this post. I am pretty much lost for words.

    I was very shocked and even more so sad to hear the news that Steve Jobs had passed away today. He truly was a remarkable and brilliant man. I always loved watching Steve give a keynote address, or launch a new product. His legacy will not be forgotten.

    What a terrible shame. It's been such an exciting time for technology over the last few years, and Steve has made some wonderful innovations possible. To me Apple seems such a great legacy to leave, with so much more to come.

    wow...I was hopping that he could beat that cancer. Thank you Steve for changing the world...."think different" He made us all think differently about computers. And that changed our lives. Rest in peace....

    Very, very sad :(( Such a visionary, and inspiration to all!

    (Pancreatic cancer is one of the worst diagnoses you can get (Patrick Swayze died of this), one of my good friends Dad's was diagnosed, and passed away 6 months later...)

    May he rest in peace...
