Is there a way to test my app on my iPhone before I am going to upload it to appstore?

You must have a paid iOS developer Account to do anything on the device including submiting apps to Apple.

Yes any testing or anything at all to do with the device you must pay for a developer account. You need access to things like provisioning profiles and development certificates. And you Cannot have that without a developer account

You need to get it now. you are gonna have a whole lot more work on your hands redoing a full game when you find out it doesn't work on a device that you will if you are only getting Started or in the middle. Its an investment in your Development. If you plan to be even remotely unsuccessful with development you better star getting used to Investing in the tools you need.
