Collision detection makes me a sad panda :(
I have two long lines crossing one another in order to create a "windmill" like effect. Once I have them rotating collision detection seems to go out the door. Another actor can basically collide for a few seconds and then pass right on through, or will partially pass through one of the "windmill" segments before bouncing back as it should. Once I stop the rotation of the "windmill" collision detections goes back to normal. Of course, once I stop the rotation I no longer get the desired "windmill" effect.
I've tried just placing regular ol' collide behaviors and trying the magnitude method, but am getting nowhere. Is it just not possible to have rotating object collide properly with other objects?
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
