The Line Tool question....again.

I am asking this again because I didn't get any answer before.
And no, I am not looking for drawing line by dots or the free-style's OBZ drawing style.
I am looking for something completely different.
to understand exactly what effect I am wanting to make : go to Inkscape, click on on the "Draw Bezier curves and straight lines" tool , the icon which looks like a normal pen just under the pencil tool
THAT's the effect that I want to create, but I am trying for weeks in vain.
