it has an attribute does any act or condition just for the first time.

eg: display "level IS unlock" when a score reaches, and replaying the level, it takes more than that apparaise as level 2 already released, logically.

Help me, please.

    Just use variables and SAVE the condition.

    For example:

    Have a rule that says:

    If score is greater or equal to whatever AND Level 2 is not unlocked...

    Change lèvel 2 to unlocked

    SAVE level 2 as unlocked.

    That should do it,
