adding updates to my app thats already in the app store

Hello,

I have one app that is already in the app store and wanted to know after i make changes to my app, what do I do to submit it to the app store in itunes connect?

    you log into itunes connect, and set a new version up. After that that new version will be available for upload in application loader, so then you publish threw gamesalad then upload thread AL
