SO CLOSE ADHOC BUILD - HELP

Hey there,
I got a little farther for my adhoc build today. For those who don't know, I've been having trouble. I followed TSB's video and I couldnt get it to build. I revoked all my cert. and everything, now I am at the stage where you drag your app, which is on the desktop, into the applications section in your iPhone (in xcode). I drag, and release and then this shows up: A valid provisioning profile for this executable was not found.
I was so close!! Arg! Any idea why it's not working this time?
