Problems with app id and bundle id

I've just finished my project and now i want to publish it, but i have some problems. What is the bundle id, it's the provisioning profile that i've created in the provisioning portal on app developer or is the app id? Do i have to create a distribution provisioning profile? When i am in "manage your application" on itunes connect the status of my app is prepare for upload, but if i open application loader when i click "deliver your app" button it says that no eligible application were found. Please can someone help me and answer this questions?

    lot on to developer.apple.com log in and then go to the iOS provisioning portal and make the below in the exact format:
    delete what you had already:

    create certificates
    download and install certificates
    Create bundle ID's
    create application ID's
    create Provisioning Profiles
