Preloader Tool or Update?

Hey,

I heard that the the problems cause by the new update can be fixed when using the PreLoader Tool from deep blue apps. I tried it but it doesn't work ... I set PreLoad Images off ( Action enabled) and Turn moveable ( action not enabled)

Did I do something wrong or?

    Ok tried it again....still the same problems..

    I tried it with 2 different types. The first with moveable on and the second with moveable off.
    Still the scene delay problem... ://
