Application Loader

application loader says it is unavailable because its having trouble connecting to itunes ... what do i do?

    I had this problem,
    Have you set everything up in iTunes connect and have you created all your app stuff,
    If so,
    Apple are currently updating iTunes connect do it may be to Do w ith that,

    Just sign out and sign in again , did that with me and worked perfect after that
