Year problem

Not really a bug but I consider it a problem. Reading out the year from "Devices->Clock->Year" gives the year according to the date settings of the system GS is running on. Meaning if your date&time settings are different from Gregorian Calendar (i.e. Japanese, Hebrew), the reading is different. There should be an absolute system date attribute to make this fault prove.
