problem with "move to" and joystick template

i have a problem with an actor which moves to random positions instead of following another actor. this problem only happens when i use the joystick to shoot ( i used the twinstick template from the official cross platform controller file), when i use the joystick to move it fix the problem. Its not the only problem i had with this template,
please i need help with this, its the only thing that prevents me to publish the game

p.s.To test it just add an actor to the official cross platform file and make it follow the ship, then make the bullet collide with the enemy to make it appear randomly in another place of the map, after a few seconds the enemies will move to random places

I think its not the joystick i dont know what causes the problem, i uploaded the file game project, its a rar with the filles inside the project, winrar doesnt allow me to compress the whole folder http://www.megaupload.com/?d=SBTKQS8Z
