I need a really professional looking icon!!??

At the moment i am in a real for my app "project Cute 'N's Fluffy" (I will give you the real name if you sign up for the job)
I really need my icon to stand out from the crowd and be really professional looking like my missile Race icon:
My budget is €10 ($15) I payed €5 for the other one.... can't remember who made it... but it was from the gs community..

Whats your site? And if you don't mind me asking - how are you attracting so much traffic!? (I realise that be a trade secret!)
