Reset Scene

My Game has a Scene when you lose your lives it takes you to the high score scene but how do I make the Level reset when you leave that scene? without pushing a reset button

Or you could have a timer set:

When attribute game.life's = 0
Timer after 5 seconds,
Change scene to another scene, or to the scene you just played.

Nothin happens when I put reset scene then change scene it just pauses and doesn't let me do anything
