Was this a mistake by Apple or me?

I made a stupid error, in my support URL i missed out the dot :L

Anyway, they apple said - 'While your iTunes Connect Application State will show as Metadata Rejected, we do NOT require a new binary if you only need to change your metadata. (A new binary is required only when you have to also make changes within the app.)'

And for some reason, my app says 'Rejected' not 'Metadata Rejected'
It is also asking me to upload a new binary.

Should i upload the binary, even though apple said i don't need to?
What im really asking is, will i need to do anything except contact apple? or should i just upload a new binary?

Fix the error and see if it allows you to submit it for review. If not Contact Apple.

@BBEnk I have fixed the metadata before, and before it said something like 're-submit metadata'
    But not this time.

Im just going to re-submit binary. It goes straight back into in review anyway.
