Hey guys...

I've been around the forums a while now (lurking haha) and I just finished up my first game. Its called Deep Space Lander. My wife and I have been working on the game for a while now and we finally finished it up last week. Just waiting for review now..

It is a new spin on the classic Lander style games.. I used to love these types of games growing up and couldn't find one I really enjoyed on the store so I figured it would be a good place for me to start..

Here is the trailer we whipped up for it... Hope you enjoy it..

I will post some promo codes once it is approved..

Thanks again to everyone in the community... GameSalad is really a great tool.. And a special thanks to TshirtBooth and the Deep Blue Apps guys.. Your videos & tools have helped us a lot... Thanks again..

Wow this looks great! Can't wait to try it!

Now a quick question, how did you make your video? As in the iPad recording.
    Thanks m8, looks amazing!

@Braydon_SFX - Thanks! I put everything together in Apple Motion.. The game video is just through preview in GameSalad. I recorded it using Snapz Pro and then just set the video as a layer over a iPad image. Threw in a background star loop and there ya have it..

@imGua - I picked this up on AudioJungle.net, I've had good luck with a lot of stuff from there. A bit pricey sometimes depending on the licensing you need..

@GLGames - I tweaked this quite a bit.. In the ending levels it adjusts as you play... I set up triggers (actor with a collide/overlap event) to increase gravity and add wind (scene.Gravity.X) to make it harder. Definitely keeps you on the edge of your seat sometimes.

This review period will last a lifetime I know it... I guess I'll get back to sizing everything for an iPhone release in the mean time..

@blondon, thx for the link. I contacted with support of AudioJungle.net and it turns out, that for ANY commercial product, you've need to buy extended license, which is really pricey.

Yeah like I mentioned they can be a bit pricey.. But overall I like the quality. The extended license differs by the author. Some you can get pretty cheap.
