It it would cost you $24 per month for unlimited ads, or $8/ad plus I make all the graphics

How would you make the graphics? Surely if your doing it on someones game then they can provide you all if not nearly all the graphics

Only $30 for the 1st few and then what, you were going to try and charge the hundreds of dollars you mention for a DIY service ... Shocking!

I understand you have a pro account and people don't have to pay for the unlimited ads etc but you should be looking more of a set fee of always $10 or something!

If you can do it yourself just as easy, then do it yourself.
He's not being dishonest or misleading. If someone doesn't feel like dealing with making an ad they can hire this guy. What's the problem with that?
