    Looks like it has a $3.99 IAP to actually use it.

    I downloaded and tried … but, I did a very,very limited trial; and don't see where the $3.99 is asked for … perhaps, if one actually posts info to the listed sites?
    does have one AdMob ad.

    also, I could find none of the … violence/sex/profanity/gambling/horror/nudity/profanity as stated in description … in the app! ;)

    in any event the suggestions/advice is worth the price …it's Free iPublish
