count every third actor

Hey guys, I can't find my old post which I think answered this, but how do you count every third actor on a screen? I am trying to make it so every third level something happens. Thanks.

    Thanks for the help. I forgot a lot in just a couple months. Is there a way to make an actor move to the front when you click on it?
