    pro tools,reason ,...i own both as iam a music producer and trust me they are the best for sound resources.Theres thousands of sounds to choose from and create new ones with all the tools and effects.They cost about 400 bucks depending on what you buy but its worth it.If you wanna go cheaper based on your available funds get some music apps from the app store theres a few you can use to create sounds like garage band.But i def recommend pro tools or reason.Mainly reason for you if your not familiar with using those kinds of software cuz its a little easier to use.
