Do saved attributes stay saved after updates?

Lets just say I have an attribute "High Score" and I save it. If I release an update for my game that doesn't do anything to the High Score but maybe changes something totally different, will the High Score still be saved when the update is downloaded?

Yup no need to worry, saved game data is independent.
