How do I lower turn speed with joystick?

Hello, I have been recently working with the Official cross platform controller template. For my game I need the turning speed to be lowered from its curren speed wich seems to be 1:1 with the joystick angle, any ideas on how to lower the turning speed and make it maybe 1:5
