HELP: How do you update the scene thumbnails?

My scene thumbnails don't seem to update regularly (if ever)...do you need to manually do that?

If so...HOW?

    preview your app/game, when its at a point where you want the thumbnail hit the camera on the right and say 'set scene screenshot' (or something to that effect)

    Didn't realize that was there...never played with that button yet! :)
