Application Loader issue

Hi guys!
Did you ever had an issue like this?

Do you have any idea how to solve it? I have the newest Xcode, and I uploaded a game few days ago.

I have Lion 10.7.2

I heard someone say there is a new application loader you need to get. Other than that I'd call Apple developer support it free.

After downloading new App Loader it's ok
