Reset Scene Issue??? URL Issue??? Android

Are there any known issues with reset scene in Android?
What about after a url has been opened?
My game works fine first time around. After they get a high score it opens up a url. They can press back to go back to the game and when they press Replay (normally it works fine), but now it seems like the reset scene is taking 10 seconds. Nothing happens for about 10 seconds and then finally everything kicks in. No matter which way I go into the gameplay after that it still keeps happening. This doesn't happen on iPhone and it doesn't happen if they url hasn't been kicked in at one point. I'm not exactly sure how or why this is happening.
