(Rule) negative conditions - is it possible?

Is there any way to use negative conditions in GS rules? For example:

If ActorA do not collide with ActorB than destroy ActorA

I read somewhere that it could be done by putting Destroy (Action) in "Otherwise" section but after tests it seems that it doesn't work.
Any ideas?

    Yes , if you make a rule on your actor A ,
    When collide with actor B :
    *Leave this area empty if you don't want something to happen when they collide
    Ohterwise
    Destroy .

    It should work .

    Are you in effect saying that when actor A is not overlapping actor B> destroy actor A, or is the case more specific?

    old_kipper: it is that simple, nothing more
    P-O-M: it should work but it doesn't work

    If someone could check it I could sent you the file.

    Ok, I added timer (After 0,1s > Destroy) and it works... without timer it doesn't works, Very strange,

    @P-O-M always tells it true!

    the negative condition is always valid … the actor is destroyed before it can collide

    @danielhaiat … I can't figure-out why you need a Timer ???

    are there other things happening before the destroy, or lots of things happening elsewhere in your scene, that might change conditions?
