Gravity?

Hi, I'm currently working on a platform game.I've got all the controls done and stuff but there is just one problem I'm having..There's no gravity! I was looking all over the internet with help with this, and there was a gravity attribute included.But, my project doesn't have one, and I can't create a gravity attribute because it's a point attribute and I don't know how to make point attributes.Help!
