PNGs, Preload Art, and loading time

Hi guys!
I have many actors with preload art OFF. As you know, there's a short load time to show the image, after the scene is loaded. I was just wondering - if I use ImageAlpha, to make images smaller, and less in colors, will this have any positive impact on loading time needed to show the graphic if Preload Art is off?

    Are you talking about the hitch in loading things after the scene starts? Yeah it will be faster because the size of the image in kb is smaller.
