    but the app utilizes words as what sets it apart from other clocks...

    what do you think a good way to convey that in the icon would be?
    do you like the outline looking like a device?

    whatcha see is pretty much what the app is

    its an entertainment/ utility, not game

    its a clock that tells time with the words it "lights up", you can leave it open on your deck, or just have it because its ascetically pleasing. you can change the backrpound and the color oif the on and the off for the words and you can pick between a few fonts

    why don't you just have the face of clock with no hands? The name of your app, "no hands" will be underneath. It may be enough to make people curious to check out your app.

    Yeah, no words IMO just the clockface with no hands as the name would be good I think

    Love the idea, but I agree, no text in an icon. Well, mostly no text. If that's all that's in the picture, as in it's taking up all the space, then that is a big no no.

    I can invision a clock with no hands. Inside, maybe put "Text Clock" or something. You want the user to be able to know the app just by looking at it in the corner of his/her eye.

    Just my 2 cents. :)

    Why is there an iphone at the bottum of the screen? Looks blurry.
    It would be nice if it were like an alarm clock or just a regular clock, just with no hands...No iPhone. Something slick. Find something unique something so cool everyone will want to purchase it.
    Although, I would purchase this just because the idea is so cool. :)
