Gamesalad arcade publishing BUG??? & **URGENT HELP NEEDED**

Dear All,
Just been through some stressing times!! :D A friend of mine was doing a project for some competition of saving trees in ireland and wanted to use my account to publish... It took 190 minutes in total to publish a 7.4mb file!! IS there a GS bug?? Or server problem or something?? Or is this my account?

    Ok... Ive seen my friends game file... It works perfectly.... It won't even load on the arcade:

    Leonard you need to chill out. You have been here long enough to know the publishing server goes down at random sometimes. Spam the forum every 10 min about it is not going to solve anything.

    I managed to upload the file.. Would you please have a look at it for me... for some reason it won't play on the arcade... Its on the arcade now...

    Ive clicked the play... But it won't play... Ive uploaded a lot of times now... Is this a problem with the arcade or me?? Please help
