when submit new apps to apple, how long does it take to get an approve and ready to sell

    my apps is in reviewed for a week + already

    Sometimes it takes longer. But your app should be reviewed soon.

    Your app is "Waiting for Review" or "In Review"?

    In the first case it will take on average 1 week to change to "In Review". In the second case it will take from 1 to 3 hours to change in "Ready for Sale", but if there are problems it can take a lot longer but usually they will tell you they need more time to review it or they will reject it :)
