revoking distribution certificates

Had to renew my dev account and my distribution certificate expires at the end of the month (tom)... was wondering if i should revoke my certificate and then create a new one?? anyone tried this, does it affect the live apps on the app store? or just the adhoc people... its irritating because all my provisioning profiles expire tommorow so i can't get testing done or sent to other people.

    Yeh i just revoked mine and all was good. You can just edit them and resave once expired though but you'll need to renew wherever those certificates are used.
