How do I create an apple provisioning profile?

    You should be able to just go to the Provisioning Portal, and on the left menu tab click on "provisioning" and there on that page it takes you to you have the "developer" and "distribution" tabs. You need to go into both sections and click "new profile" and create them. Then you download them to your desktop and just double click them.

    You did enroll in the $99 a year program, correct? Not the free one?

    That was the video I was using to try to publish, but on the right side it has all those options, but mine says "Join iOS Developer Program.

    Sorry if this is a stupid question, but...Have you joined the iOS Developer Program yet?

    Yes, I filled out the 5-6 page application, and got a confirmation email from Apple that said something like "thank you for becoming an apple developer", and I confirmed my e-mail, and then enrolled in the program.

    I guess I forgot that you need to enroll in the program, not just become a developer.
