iTunes Connect Big Problem

When I click on iTunes Connect. It says Manage your books not Manage your apps. I am part of the book Dev. But how do I add new apps if I cannot get onto my app iTunes Connect?

    I read somewhere that you cannot use your book dev account to publish apps. You need to create another user with a new email that you haven't never used with Apple.

    I don't think you can have the same itunes ID for the book account and ios dev

    Have you tried to contact Apple? I think they could deactivate your book account, but I'm not sure.
