About memory optimization

Hi, guys. There's a problem in my project.
Well, I'm doing test the project on my iPhone. When I try to change each scenes, the memories are fixed.
For example, in the first title scene, 15MB memories are used.
And about 30MB memories are used in the next, first stage scene.
The problem is when I go to the title scene after the first stage, the memories using are 30MB, not 15MB.
I don't get what the problem is. I tried to remove all actor when the scene is changing or use the behavior reset.
But it's still not going down. Eventually my project is using about 80MB memories.
It's awesome for badly.
It's probably not like English. I'm not good at English.
Anyway thanks to read my question. I look forward somebody to answer me.

    As i have understood, Gamesalad should flush the memory between scene changes. Also, the viewer does not show real amount of memory used, just an estimate.

    Thank you for answer.
    So what you mean is the memories on the test viewer are not real memory using.
    But how do I know real amount of memory for testing if it is not?
    The viewer has to show real amount, I think.
    It's like a problem of the program, Gamesalad.
